We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for perishable items like cheeses and sausages. We also recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout to ensure your products arrive in peak condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Portugalia Marketplace ships to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping to our global customers in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing the vast majority of our inventory directly from artisans, vineyards, and producers across Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira to provide an authentic taste of our heritage.
