In 2004 a new project was born with the production of Beirabaga Jams and Almonds, products made in a traditional way, with best-quality Portuguese fruits and using the most modern production techniques.
This Green Tomato Jam is prepared according to an old recipe. Free from artificial color and preservatives, made only with fruit and sugar. It is produced from national green Tomatoes which gives it a characteristic flavor.
